A woman accused of trashing the memorial of a fallen officer is expected to enter a plea.
Jennifer Otte was at APD officer Daniel Webster’s memorial last year.
Police say she was using a knife to cut open stuffed animals, then threw flowers on the street.
When people there told her to have some respect, police say she pulled out a knife and threatened to kill them.
She was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
Officer Webster was shot in 2015 during a traffic stop.
He died at the hospital.
